That's why our Bereavement Support Group is available to everyone, regardless of whether they've been served by Centric Home Health & Hospice.

Join our Bereavement Support Group to find peer support and understanding, a safe space for sharing and processing through your grief.

This is a monthly meeting hosted by our Licensed Clinical Social Workers on the 3rd Wednesday of each month via Microsoft Teams at 2:00pm CST. The link invitation will be emailed to you 24-48 hours prior to the meeting date.
